| The Great Achievements of Contemporary Ceramic Arts |
|
The emergence of ceramic artists who have
suggested the artistic potentialities of earth
has brought on remarkable developments in contemporary ceramic
arts. The aim of this exhibition is to exhibit the great achievements
of ceramic arts in the late 20th century
and to prospect the future direction of ceramic arts through
retrospection. It will also be
an opportunity to examine and understand the international currents
of contemporary ceramic arts and contribute to the development
of Korean ceramic art. |

| 38 ceramic masters who have led the history of ceramics in
the 20th century are invited to this exhibition. Exhibits are
pure formative ceramic works representing all four corners of
the globe. |
